Before you write
If your question is “is my domain configured correctly”, the DMARC & SPF lookup will answer it in a few seconds and cost you nothing. Bringing those results to the conversation makes it a much shorter one.

Say so in the subject line. Preserve the original messages with full headers intact — forwarding a message usually destroys the evidence that matters most.
